All content created by Makovi Vision LLC remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes.

Clients may not:

• Resell content without permission
• Alter content in a way that misrepresents the Company’s work
• Transfer rights without written consent

Makovi Vision LLC is not responsible for:

• Music licensing issues on platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Third-party misuse of delivered content
• Platform compression, removal, or algorithmic changes

All drone services are conducted in compliance with applicable FAA regulations.

Flights may be restricted or canceled due to:

• Weather conditions
• Airspace limitations
• Safety concerns

Makovi Vision LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

Clients agree to:

• Ensure property readiness prior to shoot
• Obtain necessary permissions for filming
• Provide accurate information
